Resetting Passwords on GIRDER.BEAM.CARE

For added security for your organization, password resets for all users are handled by Group Leaders.

Group Leaders: to reset a user’s password, perform the following steps

Log into GIDER.BEAM.CARE and press Group Control from the menu area:

Find the user or other Group Leader whose password you would like to change, and press the Manage User link.

Scroll to the bottom of the Manage User page and enter a new password into the Change Password Field

If a Group Leader cannot access their account, and they are the sole Group Leader in their group, they will need to contact us via email at support@createabilityinc.com or telephone at 3177286670.
