TriADD Selects CreateAbility Concepts, Inc. to Develop Groundbreaking Enabling Technology Platform for Individuals with IDDs in New York
Indianapolis, IN – TriADD, a strategic alliance of three Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) serving over 63,000 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs) across New York State, has selected CreateAbility Concepts, Inc. to develop a transformative enabling technology platform that promotes independence, connection, and person-centered care.
In response to a March 2025 RFP, TriADD sought a technology partner to build a holistic app that empowers individuals with IDDs to take an active role in their life planning. Following a rigorous evaluation process, CreateAbility was selected in July for its proven expertise and intuitive suite of apps that align with TriADD’s mission and vision.
The new platform will combine goal-setting and tracking tools, daily task prompts, and seamless communication features – including one-touch text and video messaging – to connect individuals with their care teams quickly and intuitively. It also enhances accessibility through visual aids and interactive skill-building tools, while supporting health and safety with reminders, tracking, and emergency contacts.
For care managers, the platform streamlines compliance with NYS regulations by centralizing documentation, integrating with patient portals, and enabling real-time alerts and progress monitoring. These features improve coordination and efficiency while ensuring timely support for emerging needs.
